我醒着时听见一个细小的音：

6.30am

9am 起床。

9.10am My body weight (fasting) : 61.0 kg.

巧和我各吃了一粒 grapefruit。

10.44am 我泡了咖啡加蜂蜜，正在吃花生。

小燕刚起床，她在冲凉。

11.06am Kar has taken his meds. He is eating fruit & nut bread now.

Kar has finished his coffee with pumpkin seeds. I gave him 1 pkt of milo drink.

11.26am Ee took meds.

Logout from my Laptop. 3.58pm

Before dinner, I gave Ee 1 Gardenia sambal ikan bilis bun. Gave Kar 1 Sunshine strawberry bun.

我站在水槽处时听见：

■■【From heaven】

5.10pm 过了一些时候，我还在水槽处，又听见：

■■【Now】

我正在煮粥和番薯。 我放下那些回到我的床上祷告。

祷告了一会儿，觉得左手发热。

正在这个时候，手机闹钟 (Timer) 响了！ 粥和番薯都好了。

我只好走出房间关掉手机闹钟，也关掉 living room rice cooker 煮粥的电，和厨房煮番薯和蒸鸡蛋的 cooking pot。

5.30pm dinner is ready.

Porridge.

3 steamed eggs and 3 sweet potatoes cooked in water.

I ate my dinner. 5.50pm

吃了晚餐以后，我又回到床上祷告。 我等了相当久才看到紫红色的光。

7.03pm 祷告完毕。

8.40pm Jab insulin for Ee and gave her IMH med.

Before bed, I gave Kar and Ee each 1 Gardenia strawberry bun.

They have sleepless nights and need something to fill up their stomach.
