听不见 6am 的手机闹钟响。
醒来以后听见 ：

听见 7am 的手机闹钟和 pad 的闹钟 (比较大声）响了以后我起床按停。 这才发现我的手有一条很明显抓伤的痕迹。 奇怪，我昨天吃了晚饭以后就一直在睡觉，连碗都没有洗，也没有替小燕打针。 我是怎么弄伤的？
起床上厕所。 在厕所里听见：

我回到床上祷告。 为我自己和每一个弟弟妹妹祷告。
8am 祷告完毕。
8.24am Prepared meds for Kar and Ee.
餐前和巧分享 prawn rolls。 过年有弟弟老三和妹妹老六送来的 cookies，再加上我自己买的，到现在还没有吃完。
早餐吃 mini oat bun，咖啡加蜂蜜。
12.28pm Grocery 送来。已经迟到。
我们 3 人吃了一条香蕉。香蕉还不熟。
1.18pm 巧和我再吃一粒黄色的梨。我拿了一粒进去小燕的房间给她，她说肚子很饱，放在桌上。
过了一会儿，小燕走出房间。 她一面走一面若无其事的说：
●‘’手下败将‘’。
我没有反应。
只见小燕拿了黑桌子上的水杯喝了一口，说是人参。再走去窗口坐下来吃 cookies。
我对小燕说： ‘’你不是说很饱吗？ Cookies 你就吃的下？‘’
过后，小燕进去厕所关上门在里面偷笑。 什么事那么好笑？
看来是我对小燕（魔鬼）透露太多关于天堂的事！
我怎么能不提防她呢？ 1.29pm
2.15pm 我们 3 人分享了 2 粒小木瓜，有一粒不熟。

Dated 20 Feb 2024 Tues
5.35am 醒来。
I gave Kar 1 orange (last) and walnuts.
Boiled water for coffee with raw honey. 9.15am
Gave Kar meds before 5 slices of choc/raisin bread.
9.30am I ate my breakfast.
Ee is still sleeping. I tried to wake her up but was not successful.
10.30am 小燕现在才起床去冲凉。 她问我还有没有 oranges？ 我说没有了。
10.42am 我 poop 了。
11.02am I ate green pepper (Last one, 皮皱了!）
I prayed in my room. And, still lying on my bed. I heard:
3pm ■■【My son】|【Keratin】■■
声音虽小，却听的很清楚。 我马上上网查找 Keratin 的意思。
大约 4pm 我开始洗澡时听见：

4.28pm 我洗澡出来。
We ate dried seaweed before dinner. Kar and I each ate 2 pkts @4g, Ee ate 1 pkt. Without fruits，seaweed is the only fibre、
5.33pm dinner is ready.
Brown rice and 3 eggs.
Soup: Broccoli n 1 carrot, dried longan and sea salt.
After dinner，I felt so sleepy when washing the dishes. Then I heard:

6.14pm I stopped washing the dishes and rested on my bed.
I woke up at 11pm.
I felt sleepy，Ee was still awake. I gave Ee the IMH meds. And, covered Kar with an underpad to absorb his urine. After that, I went back to my bed.
When I was tossing & turning on my bed trying to sleep again, I suddenly realised that the pain on my right hip was gone! What happened?
My right hip was physically injured when Kar fell down in the toilet. He accidently knocked me down and I fell backward on the bathtub and hit the side handle of the bathtub on 1 May 2023.
I lied on my bed and prayed:
Thank you Father!
Thank you Lord!
Thank you Jesus!
For your healing and deliverance on me.
Then, I heard:
