我的 2 只脚足部很痒 (天天碰水），不停的抓。
闭着眼睛，我看到眼前布满了白色的小点 (Galaxy)。 眼前的洞似乎消失了？
白点持续了很久，大约 2 个小时才恢复一片黑暗。
5.35am 尿急要上厕所了！
回到床上祷告以后又睡着。
7am 被手机闹钟吵醒，起身按掉。 很快又睡着。

我在睡眠中听见。 接着又睡着。
9.34am 醒来以前听见：

是 Walnut 吗?
我见到巧从厕所走回床上。 他的脚步相当稳健。
我走去厨房的阳台拿下被单时听见：

是指巧吗？
3.20pm 3 of us ate pizza with walnuts as toppings.
6.40pm We ate dinner.
Cook 3 chicken wings, corn oil, light soy sauce, extra hot chili sauce. Romaine Lettuce and 1 red pepper.
Kar dropped some noodles on the floor of his bedroom. I mopped the floor with soap water.
And, I changed the diaper pants for him.
7.43pm 我在厨房回应 老友 H 的 WhatsApp:
[H：Is ok not expensive
A lot of workload for you
We are no longer young????]
I told her I don’t complain or else I will lose my bro.
I told her about my mum.
When I told my mum I needed to take care of my dad and her. She said to me:
【我不须要你的照顾】I don’t need you to take care of me.
And, mum died very soon after she said that to me. I didn’t record it, about months later.
Then, I heard:

8.20pm I washed all the dishes.
8.32pm Jab insulin for Ee and fed her with IMH meds.
9.11pm to 11.31pm I continue watching Mark Hemans video (4 hrs)

3.11am 找到 Sarah 身体左右摇摆的录像 (Gold Coast revival) 。 Mark Hemans 在说话，Sarah 站在他的身边默默的祷告，我见到 Sarah 的嘴巴在说话。 她的身体左右摇摆大约 15 分钟。 我这才放下手机睡觉。
原来那个录像是我在 21 Oct 2023 看的。
Ah boy 到底是谁？ 他可以知道我在想什么？ 我的脑海里就是 Sarah 的身体左右摇摆的画面。
3.15am 记录好了准备睡觉。

2 点多醒来以后上厕所。
6 点多醒来等天亮。醒来以前听见：

7.50am 祷告以后起床。
昨天和今天早上巧都问我： ‘’面包呢？‘’ 看来巧是想吃面包了。
8am 巧吃了 2 个香蕉，我也吃了 2 个香蕉。 我留了一个给小燕。
我让巧吃药。
我再给巧半粒小木瓜和一粒橙。小燕和我吃 ¼ 粒小木瓜。
过后，巧吃了 2 个鸡肉包和 2 个 mini black sesame bun，也喝了 Milo 加鲜奶。
大约 9am 吃完早餐。
我又吃了一粒烂皮的橙。
11.45am 进去洗澡。
我在洗澡时听见：
■■【Believing】
■■【Everyone】
■■【Lightning】
12.18pm 我洗澡出来，竟然下雨。
1.25pm 3 pizzas are ready. I put walnuts as topping.
4.07pm 巧要我拉他起来去厕所。
所以，不是 figs?
巧 poop 了！
我替巧洗澡 – 5.40pm 穿了衣服。
4.40pm ●●【从上面来】

声音很像小男孩。

我在厨房洗巧的抹床布时听见。
原来那个马来人的鬼还没有离开。

我在厨房准备晚餐时听见小孩的声音。
小孩连这个也知道？ 这个小孩不简单。 我知道他是指 “偷走”。
主要要我把天国的福音传给 everyone，我又怎么能不让他们应用呢？ 除非他们是用在拜偶像的宗教。
圣经的十诫很清楚的记载，上帝 说：不可妄称耶和华你 神 的名。
6.37pm starts cooking dinner.
Cooked chicken breast, Romaine lettuce, yellow pepper, chopped garlic, extra hot chili sauce, light soy sauce and corn oil.
Cooked Noodles separately. Mixed the chicken soup into the noodle. Added ikan bilis powder and extra hot chili sauce. Turned out not spicy.
7.10pm Dinner is ready.
8.10pm I washed all the dishes.

6.26am 醒来。
7am 手机闹钟响以前听见：

左耳有杂音 。。。丝！ 丝！ 丝！
7.35am 起床了！
在准备早餐时听见：

应该是我。
8.53am 写完以后，右边耳朵突然耳鸣，2 秒以后就停止。
11.35am online purchases delivered.
Ee ate 1 banana （Bananas are sweet，Ee has serious diabetes）, Kar ate 2 bananas, I ate 2 bananas. （The bananas are ripe. I cannot leave it for tomorrow.）
1pm 6 lotus leaf rice is ready.
I ate 1 apple, Kar ate 1 apple.
2.17pm Kar ate 8 figs, I ate 5 figs, Ee ate 2 figs. I bought 3 pkts at an offer price. Figs are sweet too.
5.40pm 3 pizzas are ready.
I put walnuts as toppings on the pizzas. Without walnuts 3 of us could not sleep.
Ee said that she woke up after 1am and never slept again. So, the IMH medicine is not effective anymore? And, she thought that it was the medicine that made her sleep. I guess it depends on the food we ate.

一夜半睡半醒。
在睡眠中听见有人在叫我的名字：

这是第一次听见有人叫我的英文全名。
TA 的声线听起来像个女人。 女人和小孩的声音有些相似，同样的细腻。
4.45am 醒来上厕所。 左耳有雜音 。。。丝！ 丝！ 丝！
回到床上继续睡。 听见：

讲英语的听得出是一个男人的声音。

9.16am 早餐好了。 5 black sesame mini bao, 6 chicken bao.
1 milo + fresh milk for Kar and 2 cups of coffee + fresh milk for Ee and myself.
我须要去 Polyclinic 为小燕买药，她的药快要吃完了。
1.30pm 我洗澡。 （Quick shower)
In the toilet, I heard:

While preparing pizza for lunch in the kitchen, I heard:
■■【No people】因为下雨，综合诊所里的人不多。
While waiting for the pizza, I went to my bedroom to pray for protection for my bro，my sis and myself.
巧今天有几次起来行走。 他走路很辛苦，很慢，脚步很小。
早上我在客厅打印文件时，巧走到客厅，坐在靠近 dining table 的椅子，接着就坐在我的电脑桌子旁边的 stool，再移到窗口的椅子坐，过后就走进他的房间。
我过后抹了 stool 和窗口的椅子，就是忘记抹 dining table 的椅子。
巧要起身去大便，他叫我拉着他走去厕所。 悲哀！
巧今天几次问我他的妹夫姓什么❓ 他就是记不住。可怜的巧，他已经知道自己的病情。
6.20pm pizza 烘好了。

During my sleep in the middle of the night, I felt the electricity in my body.
我替巧洗澡: 4pm to 5.23pm
4.40pm 我在水槽洗抹床的抹布时听见：
■■【Beat him】声音比较成熟，是男人。(应该是叫我 Tap him)
为抹布过水的时候又听见声音：
■■【Hallelujah^!】^ high pitch
TA 的声音比较细腻，像是小孩的声音。

昨晚看 Mark Hemans 的录像看到睡着。
1 点多醒来，上厕所以后拿掉隐形眼镜。 回到床上继续看 Mark 的录像。
2.20am 看完录像放下手机睡觉。
3 点多醒来以后继续睡。
听见声音却忘了！好像是：

醒来以后右脚抽筋。 跟着就听见：

6.48am ■■【Broken】Sound
难道是指我背后的伤？ 那是 1 May 2023 我被巧撞倒以后背部右边连接臀部的骨头撞到 bath tub handle 所造成的伤。
又或者是最近背后左边骨头的伤？ 那是 26 Nov 2023 提水桶倒水进马桶里时扭伤的。 过后我的背部无法伸直，无法弯腰。 这是旧患，是我 38 岁时就有的创伤，是因为长年拿重物所造成的磨损。
7.40am 尿急起床了！
8am 我在厨房准备包子时听见：

8.03am 我在洗水瓶时听见：

■■【Depression】Who？ Ee，sis #2？
因为小燕不肯看医生，我只好申请让医生来家里看她。 小燕是因为精神有问题才申请的到。 她的糖尿病很严重，没有药物和胰岛素是活不了的。
8.37am 蒸好了 6 个鸡肉包和 5 个 black sesame mini bao。
一杯 milo 加鲜奶，2 杯咖啡加鲜奶。
8.44am 我在厨房拿自己的包子时听见：

I ate my breakfast and drank my coffee. 9.30am
我洗澡 。 在厕所里用英语祷告赶鬼。 这是我第一次在洗澡时祷告。
12pm to 12.40pm
巧几乎天天想着吃 hor fun。
我告诉巧，吃 hor fun 会超过预算， 没有多余的钱吃水果。
2 个 pizza 烘了 25 分钟。
小燕的 pizza 蒸了 15 分钟。她没有牙齿，不能吃烘干了的 pizza。
2pm 3 pizzas are ready.
I am very hungry now. Feeling out of strength.
Prove that grapefruit before dinner will help to digest my food faster.
2.24pm Kar and I ate 1 cup of blueberry yogurt.
我突然觉得很睏，背后腰部的右边 （
right side lower back）很痛。 我只能替巧换掉衣服和 diaper，无法替他洗澡。然后回到床上休息。 有可能是酸奶发挥作用。
6pm 开始准备晚餐。
7.53pm Dinner is ready.
Noodles.
Romaine lettuce, 2 carrots, chicken breast, chopped garlic, garlic chili sauce, light soy sauce, ikan bilis powder and corn oil.
8.25pm We ate dinner.
我在厨房洗碗时听见：
●●【Masuk】Malay “Enter” 的意思
我进去厕所时，在厕所听见：
●●【Dak masuk】 Malay，应该是 “No entry” 的意思。
从 Apr 2016 开了属灵的耳朵以后，7 年来第一次听见有马来人的鬼说话。 有可能是邻居的亡者。
我可以听见很多鬼魂的声音，有英语，华语，潮州，广东。 马来人的鬼有可能是被 YouTube videos 吸引来的。
我在厨房洗碗时听见：
■■【Bedroom】
糟糕！ 家里还有小燕和巧。
9.15pm 我先替小燕注射胰岛素，再喂她吃 IMH 的药。
然后准备明天的药。
9.45pm 回到床上休息。

昨天晚上 9 点多放下手机睡觉。
1am mn 醒来以后尿急，继续睡。
7am 听见手机闹钟响以后醒来。
我已经可以睡了！
7.20am 起床上厕所。
坐在马桶上听见：

是 fibre 吗？
昨晚饭前吃了 2 粒 oranges，饭里加了 round spinach & Mini pepper。
确实有很多 fibre。
Fibre 是让我睡觉的吗？
还有，里面那个好像没有回答我的问题：
Are you with me all the time? Day and night?
我好像问了一个 stupid question，TA 就在我的里面，可以看见我写的东西。
还有一个小孩似的的声音，小孩知道我的头脑在想什么❓ 我的脑里面有字吗？
当时，我在想着 Sarah 说话时会左右摇摆。 我的脑海里浮现了 YouTube video 里 Sarah 的画面。
小孩马上就说： ●●【摇来摇去】
小孩也不是普通的鬼，TA 可以读我的脑。 天啊，我的脑和电脑一样吗？
我还听见：

Avocado 那么贵，要怎么吃？
我在看 videos 时，他们也在看，对吧?
7.50am 我拿了最后一粒苹果给巧吃。
巧很开心，对我说：
“Thank you!”
“Thank you very much!”
小燕 8.15am 进厕所冲凉。
我在厨房准备早餐时听见：

是指 Sarah 么？ The daughter of Mark Hemans.
8.30am 早餐好了。
巧喝 milo 加鲜奶 和 3个鸡肉包。
8.43am 小燕冲好凉出来了。
我泡了咖啡加鲜奶给小燕和我自己。
小燕吃 2 个鸡肉包，我吃 3 个鸡肉包加 garlic chili sauce。
9am ■■【Instantly】
我在洗盘子时听见像是小孩的音。
但是，我要如何 ●operate?
因为巧的身体状况不好，我出不了门！
大约 9.50am 我在厕所装水要抹大门内的地时听见：
●●【是叫你从上面】Heaven？
是小孩的音。
10.05am 抹好了！ Balcony 地上有很多从花盆里掉出来的泥沙。
我洗澡：
10.45am to 11.15am ½ hr.
我在洗澡时听见：

Around 8am，3 of us shared 1 mini papaya.
9.45am I ate 3 chicken bao with garlic chili sauce.
Drinking coffee with fresh milk.
Kar ate 1 apple (He took from the dining table) in the morning before breakfast. I asked him when he ate the apple? He couldn’t remember.
12.20pm I went to the toilet and I heard:
●●【Apple】
●●【He doesn’t hear】Who？ Me？
The child wants to eat apple？
12.23pm Kar went to the toilet in the master bedroom.
Kar has the strength to walk.
Could it be figs? My 1st order of figs for Kar was delivered on 23 Nov 2023 and yesterday was the 2nd time. The 1st time in my life I tried figs was bought from Ang Mo Kio Central many years ago. I bought 2 figs in a box and shared it with Ee when she was with me selling clothes in the stall at Blk 527 AMK mkt.
我替巧洗澡：
1.11pm to 2.22pm
我在厨房烘 pizza 时，巧已经从 bath tub 站起来坐在厕所里白色的椅子等我替他抹干身体和穿上 diaper pants。
2.30pm 3 pizzas are ready.
很快的，天突然下起大雨。
3pm 雨还是很大。
3.09pm 我把巧的尿被单放进洗衣机里洗。
4.15pm prepare dinner.
5.45pm Cook brown rice and steamed 3 eggs.
6.20pm Cooked chicken breast, round spinach, 2 orange pepper, 2 red pepper, chopped garlic, garlic chili sauce, light soy sauce and corn oil.
6.30pm dinner is ready.
巧吃吃剩一堆菠菜和 Mini pepper 就进去厕所大便。 我等他出来等了大约半个小时。
我喂巧吃掉剩下的菜。
I washed all the dishes.
Jab insulin for Ee.
Fed her the IMH Meds.
Rest on my bed. So sleepy! 8.40pm
