12.55am 醒来上厕所。
1.55am 又再上厕所。 拿掉隐形眼镜。继续睡。
7.50am 起床时，发觉我的●右手关节很痛。
我的右手关节痛是旧患， 应该是 2018 年开始的。 那时候的巧已经从疗养院回家了。 我须要搭车到超市购买食物和水果，常常把超重的食物提到巴士上，又提起超重的食物下车。 如此日复一日，终于受伤。 还有，我的 Lower back bone 也是旧患，那是我年轻时的旧患。
我拿了 1½ 个香蕉和 4 粒 Apricot/杏 给巧吃。我自己也吃了 1½ 个香蕉包括烂了的部分，我把黑色的部分咬掉。 我另外吃了 3 粒 apricot。 我留了 1 粒香蕉和 3 粒 apricot 给还在睡觉的小燕。
一共有 4 条香蕉和 10 粒 apricot (小粒）
巧已经吃了药。
8.30am 我在水槽洗巧的碟子时听见：
■■【Vision】
应该是指 apricot 里面的营养。
然后我去巧的厕所洗他的 bath tub。 那天替巧洗澡以后忘记洗他的浴缸。 对了，有可能是常常洗浴缸才会旧患复发。
因为●右手很痛，洗完以后我就进去我的房间祷告。8.43am
8.55am 我在洗水罐时听见：
■■【From heaven】是指 vision 吗？
9 点多早餐 3 人都吃 chocolate/raisin bread。 巧喝 milo 加鲜奶，小燕和我喝咖啡加鲜奶。
10.37am 我 poop 了。 还算顺畅，
可能是有水果的关系。
1.35pm 3 pizzas are ready with walnuts （补脑）as toppings.
2.09pm when I was in the toilet I heard:
■■【Burning^】 I was not sure of what I heard. Very soft spoken.
3.20pm 正准备去洗澡，坐在客厅的 stool 时，发觉我的 2 只脚在充电。
所以，我没有听错，的确是 burning。
5.15pm 我躺在床上时听见：
■■【… Electricity】
听见小燕说： ‘’下雨了！‘’
5.20pm ■■【Energy】我还在床上。
6pm 听见窗口的鸽子在叫。 没有见到鸽子。
该起床准备晚餐了。
6.28pm 我坐在客厅吃橙时听见：
■■【You need help】
■■【Ligament】韧带
应该是伤到了我右手的韧带。
I ate 2 oranges, Kar ate 2 oranges, Ee ate 1 orange.
●8pm ate dinner.
No rice.
Cook lady finger, french beans, 4 carrots, 2 potatoes and chicken breast.
Added turmeric, sea salt, dried prawn, sesame oil, extra hot chili sauce, ikan bilis powder.
9.25pm jab insulin for Ee. fed her IMH Meds. Ee said IMH meds helps her to sleep.
Prepared tomorrow meds.
9.52pm I am not sleepy without eating rice or noodles.
10.10pm While using my hp to read the website 7 fruits to control blood sugar, I heard a small voice:
