6.35am 醒来之前听见：

不知道时间。 我的 2 只脚的下肢都会痛，会不会是跷脚的原因？？
6.55am 起床上厕所。
7.27am 祷告完毕。
我在洗水果时听见：
■■【You have a problem】???
Kar and I ate 1 ya pear, 1 orange and 1 kiwi. I ate 1 yellow pepper.
Ee is still sleeping. 9am
10.20am I ate my breakfast.
5 slices of choc/raisin bread with mayo spread (expired on Nov 23), and coffee with raw honey. (Is this my problem?)
Ee just went to the toilet to have her shower.
11.16am 小燕吃了一粒梨以后就吃面包。 她现在回房间。桌上的 kiwi 和 orange 还在。
我对小燕说了多少次要在餐前吃水果，她就是讲不听。
没午餐。
5.15pm Cooked millet in 3¾ pot of water with abalone （
CNY gift from sis #6）. Added sea salt and green pepper.
5.45pm Millet was ready.
Added dried raisin, dried longan and dried apricot.
6.10pm ate dinner.
Washed all the dishes.
6.40pm cleaning the urine floor of Kar.
