Dated 24 Dec 2021 Christmas Eve 

While I was sleeping around 5am to 6am (My hp alarm rings at 6am), a spirit was speaking to my mind.  It was a sound:

●●● 【自杀】（Kill yourself）

After sometime：

●●● 【你已经降级】（You had downgraded）

What have I done wrong？  

Late at night, after I bathed Kar and did all the cleaning and washing by 9.24pm, I was resting on my bed.

Time unknown.  I heard:

I am called to be your father

在同一天里，一个叫我自杀，另外一个说他是我的天父？

I am confused.  Obviously, my enemy wants me to die!
