1 点多醒来以后上厕所。

坐在马桶上，感觉到 2 只脚的膝盖很痛。 在厕所里听见：

回到床上以后我马上祷告赶鬼。 并且为巧和燕赶鬼。

我赶走的是我 2 只膝盖的痛。

大约 4 点以后睡着。

8 点以后被闹钟吵醒。继续睡。

接近 9 点时听见：

●●【I will come back】

Ta 的声线很细，像个孩子。

原来我的祷告有效❓️  感恩❗️

9.25am 起床。

When I was washing my face towel in the toilet, I heard:

Thank you Lord! Thank you Jesus!

60.7kg at 9.50am Fasting since last night fruits (1/4 of 2kg watermelon, 1 mango) & 1/3 of 100g 70% dark chocolate before 8pm.

My blood sugar: 5.8 at 10.02am Fasting

My blood pressure: 155 *100 78 at 10.11am ???

10.45am I ate 2 oranges. Same for Kar and Ee.

When I was boiling 3 cups of coffee with raw honey at the kitchen sink, I heard a sound:

11.35am Kar took his meds. He is drinking coffee with raw honey and eating 3 slices of fruit & nut bread.

Ee wanted to sleep, I woke her up.

12.05pm I ate 2 pkts of rice crackers. 1 slice of fruit & nut bread and 2 bread crusts. I drank coffee with raw honey.

***Ee took her meds. I gave her 2 pkts of rice crackers, Ee likes it very much.  And, 2 slices of fruit & nut bread and coffee with raw honey.

I feel sleepy now.

12.40pm I poop. The stools were hardened!
