和 启2:17

圣灵向众教会所说的话，凡有耳的，就应当听！得胜的，我必将那隐藏的吗哪赐给他，并赐他一块白石，石上写着新名，除了那领受的以外，没有人能认识。’

He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

7.45am 起床。  下雨。

8am 煮绿豆汤。

8.30am 加入薏米。

8.45am 好了。

10.20am 吃了早餐。

11.47am 我 poop 了。 深褐色的宿便接近黑。

Grocery delivered.

3 of us ate bananas.  1 bunch of bananas were rotten.  Kar ate 2.  I ate 2.  I gave Ee 1 banana from another good bunch of bananas. 

Kar was sitting at the dining table eating 1 pkt of walnut at $5.50.

About a day or two, I heard:

我很无奈，能医病的食物都很贵。  食物本身就是一种药。  有什么比住院还要贵？    巧去年年初 （2023）开始就不能走路，天天卧病在床。  巧在 Nov 2022 年做了心脏搭桥手术。  医生给他 2 粒消水的药。 巧不停的喝水，站着也会尿裤子。  他从 80kg 降到现在的 68kg。  

我天天有洗不完的床单，衣服，裤子和换不完的尿片和 underpads。  还有洗不完的地（巧尿在椅子上，流到地上），抹不完的床和椅子。

我天天都听见：

我怎么舍得？  如果生病的人都得死，这个世上的人肯定会少很多。

为什么耶稣要富人捐钱给穷人就是这个原因。  吃都成问题更何况是医病?  世人都误解了耶稣，以为耶稣是贪财的人。  真正贪财的人大有人在。  

I gave 7 apricots to Kar.  Ee took 2 apricots by herself.  3.17pm

I ate 2 apricots.  Apricots are not too sweet.  Most of the oranges are sweet when they arrive.  

When I was in the kitchen, I heard：

●●【我很满意】是谁在说话 ?  是耶稣吗 ？？？

Time unknown.  It was in the afternoon.  Probably after I searched for my ex-colleagues in fb.  I couldn’t find a female colleague.  I forgot her Christian name.  Her Christian name was quite unusual.  I never knew that she had a Christian name when we were still colleagues.  She visited my fb website a few years ago and I forgot to write down her name.

8.15pm I ate pizza.  Kar is sleeping in the urine pool.

I waited at Kar’s room until 10pm+ and Kar was still sleeping.  I put his pizza in the fridge and went to sleep.

After 11.25pm I put down my hp to sleep.  During my sleep, I heard:

7.15pm 3 pizzas with walnuts are ready.  I ate pizza and 100g mango yogurt.  I gave Kar 100g of mango yogurt. 

9pm It’s time for prayer.

10.02pm 我祷告以后闭上眼睛休息。  听见：

睁开眼睛时是 10.35pm，然后就睡着。

醒来时接近 mn 12am。

我在接近 mn 12am 醒来。  醒来之前觉得我的口里像是在吃一种菜？

4 点多醒来。

6 点多醒来。

听见 7am 手机和 pad 的闹钟响以后醒来。

8am 起床上厕所以后开始记录。

Around 9am Kar could sleep very well.  It could be caused by the walnuts and mango yogurt he ate last night before sleep.

I gave Kar 1 orange and 6 mini apricots before breakfast.  I gave Ee 3 apricots and I ate a few, I forgot to count.

When I was washing apricots at the kitchen sink, I heard:
