半夜不知道时间，当我在睡觉的时候听见：

是一个男人的声音 。

我马上摇动我的右手。 咦，●不痛了！

我马上谢谢耶稣。 然后就睡着。

醒来时，已经是 5.38am。

我继续的转动我的右手。 还有一点痛。 我继续的转动，一直到完全不痛了才停止！

闭上眼睛时听见。 是一个音。

6.06am ■■ 【Emotion】 | 【Next time】■■ 音

声音很浑厚，几乎听不见。

Thank you Lord! Thank you father! Thank you Jesus!

●●【蓄水池】Reservoir.  The nearest reservoir to my house is Bedok Reservoir.  Ee and Kar used to buy things from the Supermarket there.

6.33am

6.55am ■■【Olive oil】|【Infection】■■

我拿了 2 粒 red plum 和 2 粒橙给巧吃。 我自己也吃了 2 粒 red plum 和 2 粒烂了皮的橙。

然后，我才开始准备早餐。

8.37am 巧已经吃了药，正在吃 3 个黑芝麻小包和一个 mushroom 小包。 他也喝了 milo 加鲜奶。

小燕已经醒了，她还躺在床上看中国戏剧。8.39am

9am Kar and I ate breakfast.

Ee is still sitting on her bed. She stopped watching video.

我在洗盘子时听见：

9.50am 我 poop 了。

中午，我拿了一粒葡萄柚 (Grapefruit) 给巧吃。

我一面煮午餐一面洗巧的裤子和衣服。  再抹厨房阳台的地。

2pm 我们都吃了午餐。 午餐的味道不错。

Brown rice and 1 steam egg.

Cook olive oil (first time) with chicken breast that was cut into 3 slices. 

+turmeric powder, extra hot chili sauce and light soy sauce to season before cooking.

+french beans, 4 carrots, 2 potatoes,

+Dried prawn and white sesame seeds.

2.23pm I am resting on my bed.

看录像看到累了就睡着。

在睡眠中听见：

Still the same.  My left eye had been blind since I was 34 or 35 (?) yrs old due to detached retina.  My right eye is short sighted and prebyopia （老花眼）.

4.40pm 听见一声爆破声，我被吓醒！

醒来以后检查家里的电器。  没事？

我问小燕和巧有没有听见爆炸声？   他们都说不知道。  这样奇怪？ 小燕在看录像里的中国戏剧。  巧躺在床上，他是醒着的。

5.08pm ■■【Your prayer time】音

我突然想起了什么❓  马上回去床上祷告。  大约一个小时。

6.28pm 我刚刚吃了一粒葡萄柚，走去厨房漱口时听见：

■■【Flavonoid】Reduce inflammation

我的头顶长了几粒小肿瘤，也许 flavonoid 可以抗炎吧？

我在洗碗时听见：

■■【Omega 3】

6.40pm ■■【Inhale】 ???

Omega 3 要怎么吸入？  是要我吸 Grapefruit 的皮吗？  Grapefruit 的味道很淡。  对了，Grapefruit 有 Omega 3 么？

过去的一个星期，我偶然发现橙皮的味道很香以后，我就把吃剩的橙皮放在巧的床头让他闻。 以前的我怎么没有发现？

小燕总是把喝过的咖啡放在客厅的桌上就是不洗。  她吃了橙以后，会把橙皮放进咖啡的杯子里，就是不肯拿去丢掉。

我早上起床以后要泡咖啡给小燕喝，从客厅桌子拿了小燕的杯子要洗时，发现橙皮的味道还很浓，这才想到的。  原来小燕这个懒人也有懒的好处！
