昨晚 11.45pm 醒来。 上厕所，拿掉隐形眼镜。 继续睡。
巧是醒着的。
6 点多醒来。 听见：

声音太小，我可能漏掉了什么❓

大约 10.40am 我在客厅听见 ‘’碰‘’ 的一声。我以为是小燕，就走去厨房的厕所问她。 小燕说她没事。 我突然想到巧。
（到了下午 3 点多，小燕叫我拿 Milo 给巧吃。
她说在厕所里听见 “”碰！ 碰！” 2 声。 ）
我进去巧的房间察看。 果然见到巧坐在主人房厕所外面的地上。 巧全身冒冷汗，脸色苍白。我发现巧的时候，他是醒着的，靠着墙壁坐着。红色的椅子被推到一边。
我问巧是怎么跌倒的？ 他说不是跌倒，是自己倒的。 就是晕倒的意思。
这已经不是第一次。
我让巧休息了一会儿才拉他起来。 巧自己走回床上睡觉。
我知道巧在厕所大便。 巧进去厕所已经很久，却无法大便。

我在厕所冲好凉以后听见。TA 说的是我今天早上的 new tweets。
小燕拿了一粒橙放在客厅的桌子上，对我说：: ‘’他跌倒，拿这个给他吃。‘’
原来小燕还收了一粒 orange 没吃。
Around 1.30pm Kar poop already.
After eating the orange given by Ee.
我对巧说： 其实小燕没那么坏，她是嘴坏。

我在厨房倒垃圾时听见。
1.35pm Pizza ready.
Kar didn’t eat his breakfast.
I ate his 6 mini bun and 1 pizza (I gave him during the morning).
2.10pm Raining.
大约是 5.45pm 我出门买海鲜汤饭。
7.15pm 我晾好了巧的衣服和裤子。
不记得时间，我听见：

小燕拿了那块橙色的 table cloth 抹地，再用她的鞋子踩那块布。
我把这一切都看在眼里。
小燕里面那个没有脑。
I cooked red bean for 2½ hrs. Using slow cook。
I had my second round red beans.
After taken my lunch，I cooked the balance red bean with agar agar. Let it cool down and put it inside the fridge for tomorrow‘s breakfast.
3.20pm Kar n Ee took PM meds.

4.48pm 我在抹巧的床时听见：

Ee is still sleeping.
Watched again the video of Joe.
He prayed for the healing and wholeness.
The sound system stopped after Joe prayed for a man with PTSD. Video 4:09

Soup: ½ Bittgourd, 2 carrot, 3 potato, turmeric, sambal chili, ikan bilis powder, black sesame oil.
Ee refused to drink soup.
5 50pm I told Ee turmeric is good for legs. She said: ‘’我把它看成是黑狗屎。‘’

一夜没睡，躺在床上时听见：

7am 起床。 巧已经醒了。
7.25am 小燕已经进去厕所。
8.30am mini bun n coffee ready.
9.27am I ate 2 kiwi, 2 oranges. Gave Kar 2 Kiwi and oranges. （已经太熟）
1.27pm ●我替巧洗澡。
1.55pm pizza is ready (Online purchased). 1 steam pizza for Ee and 2 baked pizza for Kar & I.
6.15pm We ate dinner.
Cook brown rice n steam 3 egg.
Cook soup: Lady finger, carrot, tofu, salted mustard green, black sesame oil, garlic chili sauce, ikan bilis powder.
Kar cleared his plate.
7pm Washed the dishes and rest.

I ate 1 mini apple, Kar ate 2 apple.
Ee is still sleeping.
10.10am 小燕醒了，还坐在床上。
1pm pizza ready.
2.05pm 突然下起了大雨。
5.20pm brown rice is ready.
1½ cup of brown rice vs 3½ cup of water. Cooked for 30 mins.
Boiling chicken breast, bittergourd ½ pc. 2 pcs of Carrot, 3 pcs of potato, 1 can of salted chili mustard green.
Added ikan bilis powder & garlic chili sauce.
5.46pm I just drank all the soup and was ●burping. Yesterday n today. Never before.
Something strange about turmeric?
Kar clear his plate.
5.55pm We all ate dinner.
6.15pm resting on my bed to watch videos.
我的头后面右边会痛。
7.35pm 替小燕打了针。
8pm 准备了明天的药。

7.30am 起床。
Kiwi 对睡覺无效。 前晚睡得好是因为吃面。
8.40am Kar n I ate mini bun. He drank Milo with honey n fresh milk, I drank coffee with honey. No more fresh milk.
Kar n Ee took meds. Ee is bathing now.
1pm We ate pizza. Kar n I drank lemon water. Ee has 1L of lemon water on her own.
我替巧洗澡：
3.30pm to 4.50pm
Cooked brown rice.
Boiling chicken breast first. And, took it out to cut into pcs.
Boiling garlic, round spinach, carrot. Added some ikan bilis powder (salty) and sea salt … too salty!
Mixed chicken with turmeric powder, light soy sauce and garlic chili sauce. Added into the soup.
5.30pm Dinner ready.
I was ●burping （打嗝） when I drank all the soup.
6.05pm Kar clear his plate. 3 of us ate dinner.
When I was in the kitchen washing table cloth, I heard:

7.30am Breakfast ready.
Steam 2 yam cake, added white sesame seeds and sambal chili.
3 of us shared the food.
Kar drank 2 cups of Milo with fresh milk n honey. Ee n I drank coffee with fresh milk n honey.
Ee n Kar took meds. 7.50am
10.42am Watched the latest video of Mark Hemans on my laptop:

Cook Millet with ikan bilis powder.
Boiling chicken breast. Took out the chicken to cut into pics.
Fried black fungus, round spinach with ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, light soy sauce.
7.30pm Kar n I each ate 2 kiwi with peel. Ee refused to eat kiwi with peel.
I left 2 kiwi on the dining table.

9.40am Milo, coffee 和小包都准备好了。 巧已经吃了药。
11.30am 巧又想吃了。 我见到巧不停的张口吸气，问他是不是呼吸有困难？ 巧点头。
天啊，现在正是 ‘’七月鬼节‘’！
我替巧洗澡：

Kar n I ate blueberry yogurt and oat biscuits.
3pm We ate pizza.
5.30pm Noodle ready + 1 pc of ikan bilis stock cube.
Boiling one pc of chicken breast. Cut into pcs and added white pepper powder n light soy sauce.
Mixed garlic chili sauce with noodle.
