天使般的

果然，昨晚睡着来不及关掉 wifi，醒来以后头很痛。  

前 2 天关掉 wifi，睡醒以后就不会。  肯定！

6.50am 我坐在床上祷告以后起床！

我一个人要应付 2 个失智病人实在是太累。  燕是先天弱智，后天因为糖尿病无法入眠而精神失常，须要靠药物入眠。  巧是因为心脏骤停造成脑受损，成为一个只有 5 岁智商的孩童。    他们 2 个人都须要有人照顾。  

我做给燕的其中一个枕头套不见了。  燕没有寻找。  

我在燕的房间找遍了，才看见枕头套就在燕的桌子底下也是燕的床底下靠墙壁的角落。  燕应该是没有寻找。

蹲下起身的动作让我感到晕眩。 我应该是病了。

10.13am 

4pm 我们 3 个人都吃过午餐。  是我自己煮的午餐。  

6pm I start making 250g of bread.

1 hr rising.  30 mins baking.  180°C.  Ctr tray.  Top n bottom heat.

Still a bit wet.  But, Ee said it was so crispy.  The top layer and the bottom layer of bread were hardened.  Due to time constraints I only rose once.

8.22pm 3 bread rolls done!

3 人都吃了面包以后就各自回房间睡觉。

我醒来时觉得我的左手怪怪的。又是  vroom vroom vroom。

我先关掉 wifi 。
