我按掉手机闹钟的时间是 6.03am。

醒来之前我做了一个梦，梦里在做头部运动。  在梦里还有食物 （肉饼） 可以吃。  大概是饿了。

大约 6 点多，我还在睡。右边的耳朵突然耳鸣，几秒钟就停。 

过后，我的身体又再感觉到 vroom, vroom!  vroom! 

我因为太悃，没有起床记录时间。

我不太记得是不是听见：

醒来时还躺在床上。  发觉我的右手大拇指在 ‘’滋！  滋！ 滋！‘’。这只大拇指在 Nov 2018 就有 trigger finger。

7.45am 下床关风扇，2 只脚有些麻痹，僵硬。

其实，在不久以前我的右手已经可以放到背部抓痒了。

应该是有 healing，只是没有全好。 

家里有太多东西坏了，eg。  电视机坏了几年，厨房厕所里的马桶已经掉了很久，因为螺丝断了。  厕所里挂毛巾的架子也掉了，因为螺丝断了。  客厅的 aluminium grille 掉了很久，螺丝在很多年前就松脱了。  我每个星期都会倒垃圾，垃圾里最重的就是巧和燕的尿片。 他们 2 个都会尿床。

我 2 只手的关节都很痛。  拿水冲马桶的时候最痛。 

我猜想，会不会是倒垃圾时拉伤的？

因为当我提着垃圾袋时，手的关节特别痛。

巧天天尿床，他的 diapers 很重。

8.37am ■■■ 【Acrobat | I am looking】

我在刷牙时听见，伴着水声。 不是很确定。 acrobat，说我是杂技演员？

我的身上确实有很多伤。  我以前的工作都须要提重物，eg.  High CPU, 15″ & 17″ monitors。 Storage bed frame。45‘’ ＆ 60″ 的布匹。  看来我是投错胎了！

8.55am ■■■ 【My body】 (Sounds like buddy)

Yes,I am the body of Christ.  The spirit of Christ lives in me.

While I was washing the cups, I heard this.

9.43am Ee just came out from her room to bath. She used to wake up around this time.

Kat n I ate fruit bread n coffee+fresh milk.  Kar also ate 1 bun.  I drank 2 cup of coffee to make myself awake.

I ate Kar’s overnight nuggets with bread.

9.55am I feel sleepy now.  Ate too much.

2.40pm We ate chicken rice.  Kar never finished his chicken meat.    That was unusual.

His body was all wet with urine since this morning.  I told him to change the diaper himself but he refused.

After lunch I went to bed for a rest.  Rain stopped, sunlight was out.  2.46pm

Around 4 sth, I need to buy bread.  I went downstairs and it rained again.  I came back home.  Bread can’t touch water. 

The rain stopped.

5.05pm ■■■【Go ahead】

While I was washing my hands in the toilet, I heard this.

I quickly went out to buy bread and fresh milk for tomorrow’s breakfast.

5.39pm The moment I stepped in my house, it was a heavy downpour. 

Thank you Lord Jesus!  You knew my need.  Without bread Ee will cook Udon noodle in the middle of the night while I am sleeping.

6.50pm Bathed Kar.   Washed his face towel and specs

Steaming mini bun now on gas stove

7.25pm Kar ate 7 mini buns, milo with full milk.

I ate 6 buns, Ee is eating 5 now.  7.55pm

Kar is watching a video on pad now.  Kar said he likes Dolphins.  I call him Dolphin boy.  Very cute and naughty.

While I was at the kitchen sink, I heard:

8.28pm Kar went to sleep after listening to How great thou art, I sing my soul … he began to yawn.  I went to bed.

While I was closing my eyes on my bed, I heard these words.  I don’t work.  Where’s the money coming from?
